People seem to misinterpret my program for the extermination of men. They call it indiscriminate killing. On the contrary, I would be very discriminate. I would start by killing all of them but one. Then only would I be killing the last remaining one. So this really is precision killing, it is not like I would not be making distinctions. I must make sure I have a last remaining one to kill. That means I would have to put in place very sophisticated systems so I know exactly when I reach stage two of the extermination. That can only be done by determining, every time I consider killing one of those, whether I keep him for the end or not. I can’t think of any system that is more individuated than this one.
